Berlin-based design furniture retailer minimum is known for timeless interiors and premium living concepts. In 2024, the company decided to relaunch its online shop with the goal of migrating from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6, implementing a fully modernized shop design and introducing tailor-made features.
The old shop setup reached its limits: content and category management required too much effort, the blog lacked flexibility, and product presentation needed to be more emotional. minimum also wanted a clear separation between B2C and B2B customers, along with seamless ERP and marketing tool integrations. The relaunch was aimed at creating a future-proof, visually striking, and easy-to-manage eCommerce solution that reflects the brand identity while boosting conversions.
The shop was built on Shopware 6, with a smooth migration of all data and custom fields from the Shopware 5 system. Key integrations included Doofinder (search), Pickware (ERP), Brevo (email marketing), Mollie (payments), and DHL (shipping). A major challenge was feeding ERP-based data into content pages, which was solved through custom integration work.
The design was completely reimagined in Figma across all viewports (mobile, tablet, desktop). The redesign included homepage, checkout, customer account, product detail pages, blog, manufacturer & designer pages, and navigation elements.
